Abstract

This dataset presents a production-grade algorithmic framework, Purify-Enterprise-Ultimate, designed for the complete resolution of radioactive contamination in complex environments. Unlike traditional methods, this system integrates high-dimensional data processing with atomic-level sensory forensics. The framework features a 384D composite vector indexing system that fuses multi-modal data from Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and mass spectrometry. It is built upon a decentralized edge-swarm architecture ensuring operational continuity during extreme weather and communication blackouts. The core logic includes a parallelized Monte Carlo risk assessment engine (achieving 1-10^{-15} safety certainty) and an immutable ledger system for full-process auditing. This dataset includes the codified Python execution logic, system architecture designs, and synthetic validation data, providing a scalable engineering pathway for nuclear waste management and environmental recovery
