Abstract

Data used for the termite sodium project at Odzala-Kokoua National Park. Under the Nanopore_sequencing folder, files are on the sequencing performed by Plasmidsaurus. Specimens are pooled, and must be demultiplexed using the barcodes and primers provided. Python code for how tags were generated and how to demultiplex is provided in the Supplemental Materials document.
