Abstract

The Fioletov et al. (2010) Ultraviolet (UV) Exposure Levels in North America dataset presents estimated hourly and monthly long-term average ultraviolet (UV) irradiance as gridded data for the United States and Canada. It is derived from ground-based monitor and satellite-based observation data, and general exposure factors. Data are presented as a vitamin D weighted UV dose.
