Immunotherapy NextGen Medicine Healthcare Toward2030_Dataset
Abstract
Immunotherapy is expected to expand beyond oncology toward 2030, extending into autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, rare diseases, infectious diseases, and chronic disease management. As clinical adoption broadens, treatment success will increasingly depend not only on drug efficacy but also on system-based therapy, integrating patient stratification, combination regimens, real-time monitoring, adverse event management, and real-world data infrastructure. With immune checkpoint inhibitors established as standard of care and cell therapies entering a post–CAR-T expansion phase, operational bottlenecks such as manufacturing, supply chain coordination, workflow integration, and longitudinal follow-up will become critical competitive differentiators. This paper argues that leadership in next-generation immunotherapy will be defined as much by operational and data capabilities as by therapeutic innovation. It highlights a strategic opportunity for unexakorea to position itself as an operations-and-data company that increases immunotherapy success rates through irAE management infrastructure, patient journey operating systems for cell therapy, and RWD-driven therapy optimization.
