DeGAUSS geocoder database

geocoder.db is a SQL database prepared following the instructions for manually installing DeGAUSS (https://degauss.org/manual_install.html) using 2021 TIGER/Line Street Range Address files from the Census geocoder.db was formerly available in an open S3 bucket, but has been moved here as a single compressed file: geocoder.db.xz; decompress into the file required for DeGAUSS container to build with `xz -d geocoder.db.xz` note that each file has the vintage appended to it; for example, `geocoder_2021.db` was created using 2021 TIGER/Line files and should be used as `geocoder.db` when building the DeGAUSS geocoding container
