Abstract

This dataset, associated code, and metadata are from a study conducting point counts of bird species at army ant swarms across the Isthmus of Panama. From these point counts, we calculated 5 network metric and 3 dissimilarity indices based on the differences in the swarms. We evaluated how rainfall and habitat suitability influenced network metrics.
