Abstract

The Shuiquan Scientific-Philosophical System: A Holistic Paradigm Based on the Equilibrium Principle Since the Enlightenment, and spanning over two thousand years of intellectual history, humanity has increasingly drifted into dualistic opposition, causing holistic thinking to become fragmented. While this analytical reductionism was instrumental in advancing precise scientific inquiry, the challenges facing modern humanity have grown too complex to be resolved by fragmented thinking alone. As the historical cycle suggests—"The general trend of the world is that division shall in time lead to unification, and unification shall in time lead to division"—we are now in an era that demands a return to unification. The Shuiquan Scientific-Philosophical System (水泉科學-哲學體系), rooted in the fundamental Equilibrium Principle of "1 + (-1) = 0", is designed to address humanity’s holistic problems. This system represents a profound contribution to global thought, aiming to reconcile the fragmented sciences with a unified philosophical foundation.
