Abstract

Comprehensive database integrating molecular biomarkers, neuroimaging data, and clinical progression scales for three major neurodegenerative disorders: Alzheimer's Disease (AD), Parkinson's Disease (PD), and Multiple Sclerosis (MS), with a focus on neuroinflammatory mechanisms. The dataset includes: (1) Molecular biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood — cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, IFN-γ, TGF-β), amyloid-beta 42, tau, phospho-tau, alpha-synuclein, neurofilament light chain (NfL), GFAP, and YKL-40 — with quantitative reference values for patients vs. controls; (2) Neuroimaging data including MRI volumetric measures (hippocampal atrophy, annual brain atrophy rates), PET amyloid positivity, PET-FDG hypometabolism patterns by brain region, DAT-SPECT dopaminergic deficits, and T2-FLAIR lesion counts; (3) Clinical progression scales (CDR for AD, UPDRS for PD, EDSS for MS) with annual progression rates; (4) Epidemiological data — global prevalence, sex ratios, age distribution, and survival; (5) Genetic risk factors with odds ratios (APOE ε4, LRRK2, GBA, HLA-DRB1); (6) Treatment efficacy data for approved drugs; (7) Clinical trial participation in neuroinflammation-targeted therapies (2020–2024); and (8) Global economic burden estimates. Data compiled from peer-reviewed literature, meta-analyses, and global health reports (WHO, PMC/NCBI, Mayo Clinic, MSBase) published between 2013 and 2026.
