Catalyst free green synthesis of new azepines using multicomponent reaction of isatoic anhydride

In this research we synthesized new pyridobenzoazepine derivatives by employing the multicomponent reaction of isatoic anhydride, haloketones, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, ammonium acetate and hydrazoyl chloride in water at ambient temperature for the preparation of in high yields. This used procedure for preparation of pyridobenzoazepine derivatives have some advantages such as low reaction time, product with high yields, simple separation of catalyst and products.
