Decision-OS V8: Time-Tube Control for Self-Safe AGI (EN)

Decision-OS V8 (EN): Time-Tube Control for Self-Safe AGI. This project hosts the OSF landing page for V8 and links to the canonical artifacts (Zenodo) and source repository (GitHub). The paper reframes evaluation/control from pointwise outputs to trajectories (Time-Tube), introduces Self-Safe as three-layer control (external harm, internal collapse, dependency gradient), and redefines Guardian as an irreversible trust-phase indicator on the human-side trajectory. COD and Multi-Tube are positioned as exposure/co-evolution structures, while quantitative design is deferred to V9.
