Engineering analysis of Egyptian pyramid construction
Abstract
This project presents an engineering-oriented analysis of the construction of the Egyptian pyramids, focusing on stone processing, material behavior, and block placement. The work approaches the pyramids as a technical structure rather than a cultural or symbolic object, examining features such as thin-walled granite artifacts, tubular drilling traces, and the absence of typical damage associated with heavy lifting. The full text of the analysis is archived as an open-access preprint on Zenodo with a DOI. This OSF project serves as a cross-reference and permanent project record.
