myspeechFocus-ISP: Core Intonational Structure Patterns (v1.0)
Abstract
This project hosts myspeechFocus-ISP v1.0, a frozen theoretical framework for modeling intonational structure patterns (ISP) and focus articulation in English speech. Version 1.0 establishes the core axioms, rules, notational constraints, and default intonational patterns governing subject–predicate cohesion, auxiliary–verb binding, nuclear prominence licensing, and prosodic chunking. The aim of this release is formal stabilization, not empirical testing or experimental preregistration. The project is published as an OSF Project (not a Registration) to provide public scholarly anchoring and timestamped precedence. All materials are internally consistent and conservative in scope. Phenomena that require additional theoretical development are explicitly deferred to future versions. This version is frozen upon publication. Corrections, clarifications, or extensions will be released only as new, versioned artifacts (e.g., v1.1), without retroactive modification of v1.0.
