Ein Ansatz zur Überwachung von T-Zellen unter Verwendung von Nanobodies, die gegen die Pan-T-Zell Marker CD2 und CD7 gerichtet sind, als potenzielle Tracer für Immuntherapien
Abstract
We developed Nanobodies targeting CD2 and CD7 to track T cell responses to immunotherapy, as they are highly individual and complicate response evaluation. After confirming antigen-specificity, significant T cell impairment of Nanobodies was ruled out in functional in vitro and in vivo assays. In vivo imaging visualized T cells at the tumor site within 90 minutes, outperforming previously established tracers. These Nanobodies offer a simple, effective method for tracking T cells in immunotherapy.
