Abstract

Supplemental materials, such as analysis code, can be found here. Holman and Williams (2022) conducted a frequentist network analysis on suicidal ideation. This paper explains the theory behind different analysis methods, replicates the frequentist network analysis by Holman and Williams (2022) and subsequently conducts a Bayesian reanalysis of the network. The results of the frequentist reanalysis are compared to the results of the Bayesian reanalysis.
