Ko-Kultivierung von Aspergillus niger und Trichoderma reesei zur Hydrolyse von Weizenkleie
Abstract
The co-cultivation of the two fungi Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei in stirred tank bioreactors enabled the efficient production of an enzyme cocktail for the saccharification of wheat bran. Combining enzyme production with subsequent hydrolysis in a one-pot process meant no need for the complex separation and purification of the enzymes. Switching off the gassing and increasing the temperature was sufficient to prevent the metabolism of the released sugars during hydrolysis.
