2024 FFaIR CAPS FV3LAM/MPAS Ensemble and HREF Precipitation Forecasts

Abstract

This dataset contains hourly precipitation output from the experimental CAPS FV3LAM ensemble (grib2) and MPAS (netcdf) member run during the 2024 HMT Flash Flood and Intense Rainfall Experiment (FFaIR). Forecasts are available for 1-84 hours of forecast lead time. HREF precipitation forecasts used in verification are also archived for 1-48 hours of forecast lead time.
