Abstract

The delegation of functions is studied as a criterion for legal cau-sation, explaining how the reorganization effects occur in the positions of guarantor of the delegator and delegate. The content of the superior’s duty of surveillance as a form of vertical control over the delegate is addressed. The delegation is based on the principle of mistrust. It concludes by exposing the problem of criminal intervention within the framework of a delegation of functions both in a crime of breach of duty and in a crime of dominion
