Dataset for 40 Years of U.S. Masters Swimming 1-Hour Virtual Championship Records
Abstract
The U.S. Masters Swimming 1-Hour Virtual Championship is for maximum distance in one hour and represents endurance rather than sprint swimming. We collated swimmers' records for 40 years of 1-Hour swims, 1985-2024. An average of 668 women and 670 men participated per year, >50,000 entries total.
