Technical Review of the Joint Application for Pennsylvania Chapter 105 Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permit and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit Project Gravity

This revised report provides additional technical concerns for consideration based on review of the Gravity data center application submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The objective would be consideration of additional information and public comments during the public information session of January 6, 2026 and review of the referenced submission.
