Variantes estructurales e impacto funcional estimado en los genotipos M71 y SS79 de Sorghum bicolor utilizando como referencia el genoma de sorgo dulce Rio

Identificación de variantes estructurales en el genotipo de sorgo dulce SS79 y el granífero M71 (Shiringani et al, 2010; Shiringani y Friedt, 2011), re-secuenciados en un Illumina Novaseq 6000, utilizando la herramienta Parliament2 (Zarate et al., 2020). El genoma utilizado como referencia fue Rio v.2.1. El impacto funcional de las variantes estructurales se evaluó utilizando SNPeff v.5.2 (Cingolani et al., 2012). Structural variants were identified in the sweet sorghum genotype SS79 and grain sorghum M71 (Shiringani et al, 2010; Shiringani and Friedt, 2011), re-sequenced on an Illumina Novaseq 6000, using Parliament2 (Zarate et al., 2020). The reference genome used was Rio v.2.1. The functional impact of the structural variants was evaluated using SNPeff v.5.2 (Cingolani et al., 2012).
