Abstract

Statecraft Amid the Vast Sea is an ongoing collection of political essays that examines contemporary governance and public life through the lenses of historical depth, social structure, and lived experience. Written in a restrained yet incisive style, the project explores the dynamics between state and society, the logic of institutional operation, the individual’s position within shifting eras, and the broader significance of northern regional experiences. This OSF project provides an open record of the writing process, including drafts, supplementary materials, references, and analytical notes. By making the development of ideas transparent, Statecraft Amid the Vast Sea seeks to offer a historically grounded and structurally informed perspective on understanding politics and society in modern China.|《滄海資政》是一部持續更新的政論文章合集,旨在從歷史縱深、社會結構與現實經驗中提煉對當代政治與公共生活的觀察。
