Halat al-Fakk: An Exceptional Spacetime State Model

This preprint introduces a conceptual theoretical framework describing an exceptional spacetime condition termed "Halat al-Fakk" (Unbinding State). The model explores a temporary and controlled relaxation of a system’s spacetime constraints without violating causality or separating space and time. This work is deposited to establish conceptual priority and enable future formal and mathematical development. The preprint provides a detailed conceptual model, discusses influencing factors such as extreme gravity, frame dragging, coherent gravitational waves, and energy pressure, and sets the foundation for future theoretical exploration and experimental considerations.
