Technical Note for Cosmological Observers:
Abstract
1 Introduction This note presents an alternative geometric interpretation of existing cosmological observables. Rather than proposing new elementary particles or fundamental interactions, this framework describes the universe as a "recursive steady state" (natural time crystal) under global resource constraints. We interpret current observational anomalies as consequences of a single mechanism: cumulative phase synchronization delay.
