Abstract

Overview This project defines the Coherence Constraint as a formal, observer-invariant rule. It specifies: admissible evidence violation conditions persistence rules aggregation logic boundary cases This page defines how coherence is evaluated, not what conclusions should be drawn. Rule Summary A coherence violation exists if declared commitments, observable actions, and realized outcomes are inconsistent under fixed evidence rules. Numeric coherence values are derived projections, not intrinsic properties. Status This project serves as the canonical instrument definition.
