Abstract

The ubiquity of the golden ratio (ϕ ≈ 1.618) across biological scales—from molecu- lar structures to genomic organization—lacks mechanistic explanation within conventional frameworks. We propose that ϕ-harmonic patterns emerge from quantum coherence opti- mization formalized within the Infinity Resonance System (IRS), where physically realized states satisfy a global J = 0 constraint derived from q-deformed spin-foam geometry. We present evidence across two scales: (i) pre-biotic carbon chemistry, where aromatic domain clustering in meteoritic kerogen analogs exhibits ϕ-scaled spacing (dn = d0/ϕn), and (ii) ge- nomic architecture, where CpG dinucleotide spacing in human BDNF (NM 170735.6) shows Fibonacci clustering (37.1% unique-spacing proximity, 91.3% all-occurrences, p < 0.001). Autocorrelation analysis reveals peaks at Fibonacci lags (Fib-21: r = 0.045), while continu- ous wavelet transforms detect multi-scale harmonics (34/55/89 bp). Monte Carlo simulations of IRS-constrained aromatic networks reproduce observed ϕ-scaling, with radial distribution functions exhibiting peaks at 2.50ϕn ˚A (n = 0−3). These results position Quantum Block Geometry (QBG) as a unifying substrate linking quantum foundations, pre-biotic chem- istry, and systems biology, with falsifiable predictions for CRISPR-shielding experiments and cross-species convergent trait analysis.
