Abstract

This survey aims to assess the sustainability of the olive oil value chain in the Elles region, Governorate of Kef, using the TAPE (Tool for Agroecology Performance Evaluation) method. It gathers insights from local stakeholders to evaluate agroecological practices, and economic viability.
