Abstract

Principle Coherence is classifiable only prior to projection. Rule Coherence is evaluated exclusively before projection. All interpretation occurs after diagnostic exit, outside the diagnostic system. Function DiamondLogic constrains where interpretation must not occur for coherence classification to remain valid. It introduces: no theory no framework no prediction no prescription no value judgment It only enforces interpretation boundaries to preserve observer-invariant classification. Falsifiability DiamondLogic fails if: interpretation occurs inside a diagnostic, recursion is required for understanding, diagnostics become synthesis hubs, or projection appears before exit. Scope Constrains the Public-Evidence Diagnostic and The Bridge. Bounds them without replacement. Applies across all domains without modification
