Defining and assessing 'rebound pain' following peripheral nerve block resolution: a scoping review of measures, incidence, and management strategies.
Abstract
Rebound pain following peripheral nerve block (PNB) resolution is a clinically significant but poorly standardized phenomenon. Heterogeneity in its definition, measurement, and reported incidence limits evidence synthesis and clinical guidance. This scoping review aims to map the existing literature on this topic.
