Abstract

This project brings together papers from the SACCADE research program, which studies how systems operate across time and scale. The work explores learning, adaptation, governance, and institutional stability, including how historical frameworks are often misapplied in modern societies. Canonical versions of all papers are published on Zenodo with DOIs. OSF serves as a central place to organize the research and show how the papers relate to one another.
