Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop and substantiate a structured model for transforming an enterprise management system that links strategic intentions with process changes, digital architecture, organizational capabilities, and managerial control. To achieve this purpose, the following methods were applied: the systems–structural method to justify the structured model of digital transformation of enterprise management; the historical method to identify the key stages in the development of digital transformation in Ukraine; and the methods of conceptual analysis and logical structuring to single out the core transformation components, clarify their functions, and determine their interrelationships. The article examines how enterprises can redesign their management systems in order to maintain resilience and competitiveness. The main result is an integrated model that combines (1) a digital strategy with measurable objectives, (2) redesign of managerial and business processes through re-engineering and automation, (3) a scalable digital architecture integrating enterprise applications, cloud services, and analytics, (4) the development of competencies and a culture that supports experimentation and cross-functional interaction, and (5) an analytics, control, and data security loop that converts operational information into managerial feedback while simultaneously managing digital risks. It is shown that value is achieved not by implementing individual tools, but by aligning technology with managerial roles, skills, data-access rules, and routine decision-making cycles, which ensures faster coordination, greater performance transparency, and adaptive resource allocation. The proposed framework treats transformation as a socio-technical change and helps translate strategy into specific decisions regarding processes and architecture. The model can serve as a roadmap for a step-by-step program of digitalization of the management system and as a methodological basis for defining indicators to assess the level of an enterprise’s management digital maturity.
