Do Employees with Dark Personality Traits Review Their Jobs Unfavorably? Textual Content Analysis of Online Employee Reviews

This OSF project contains the data and analysis files supporting the manuscript currently under peer review. The project includes five files: (1) the main analysis dataset used in the study, (2) two processed datasets for online review consumption and online review generation analyses, and (3) two Stata do-files containing the full code used for data cleaning, variable construction, and statistical analyses corresponding to each study. These materials are provided to enable editors and reviewers to verify and reproduce the empirical results reported in the manuscript.
