Abstract

This repository contains the instruments and datasets used in the study "Development and Validity of the SE-9 Socioemotional Skills Rubric in Teachers for the Artificial Intelligence Era." The SE-9 rubric was designed to self-assess nine socioemotional skills in teachers, addressing competencies needed to navigate AI-related challenges in educational settings. The repository includes the final versions of the SE-9 rubric in both Spanish and American English. Datasets comprise responses from 3,172 Mexican teachers used for exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and concurrent validity with the SEC-Q. A subsample of 240 teachers is included for test-retest reliability analysis. A subsample of 358 teachers is provided for predictive validity assessment. Expert judgment data from 10 reviewers are included, with Aiken's V coefficients for content validity. All materials support replication and further intercultural validation studies.
