Interferometriebasierte ultraschnelle Fluoreszenzspektroskopie
Abstract
Ultrafast fluorescence spectroscopy enables direct observation of excited-state dynamics in complex systems. In this thesis, fluorescence-detected pump–probe (F-PP) spectroscopy with 20 fs resolution is further developed to monitor the ultrafast Stokes shift of a solvated fluorophore (Y12). Moreover, a novel experimental scheme for two-dimensional fluorescence excitation (2D-FLEX) spectroscopy is introduced, implemented via either a fluorescence NOPA or an upconversion detection method.
