Abstract

This preprint presents a hypothesis-driven, bio-inspired framework integrating immiscible slip envelopes, Marangoni-stabilized lubrication, and helicoidal composite architectures to explore physically bounded regimes of drag reduction in extreme underwater flow. The work is based on first-principles scaling analysis and does not claim experimental validation or operational feasibility. It is intended to define falsifiable hydrodynamic, acoustic, and material-response signatures suitable for laboratory and numerical investigation.
