PROMETHEE II – Reproducible Decision-Support Framework
Abstract
This is an implementation of the PROMETHEE II outranking method for multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA), developed to support transparent and reproducible evaluation of infrastructure planning alternatives. The project is intended as a methodological and computational supplement for academic research and decision-support applications, emphasizing clarity, traceability, and reproducibility of results.
