Abstract

This repository contains the full analytical code used to reproduce the computations reported in the paper: Motor Behavior in Control Conditions and Its Influence on Mimicry–Liking Outcomes in Human Confederate Paradigms: A Meta-Analytic and Weighted Model-Based Synthesis by Weronika Trzmielewska & Tomasz Rak. The scripts implement the complete analytical pipeline, including the reconstruction of effect size metrics from reported summary statistics, random-effects meta-analyses, moderator analyses, robustness and influence diagnostics, and visualization of results. In addition, the repository includes custom procedures for conducting Type III ANOVA and estimated marginal means (EMM) analyses based on aggregated data, together with post-hoc tests for main effects and interactions. All computations are fully reproducible and rely exclusively on reported summary-level data. The code is provided to ensure transparency of the analytical decisions, facilitate verification of the reported results, and enable reuse or adaptation of the methods in future meta-analytic research.
