Abstract

This experience also connected to practices in other parts of my life.I became more aware of how participation barriers show up in group projects, meetings, or even social settings as well as how I received a teacher's instructional style.I started noticing who speaks up, who withdraws, and what the conditions are that either support or silence people. These new insights made me more thoughtful not only as an observer but also as a participant in group environments.
