Abstract

The research presented in this communication offers a theoretical and methodological review to provide answers to the question posed for the third theme of the 8th International Congress on Anthropological Theory of Didactics (CITAD 8), namely “can the anthropological theory of the didactic (ATD) provide a theoretical framework for research on training in the workplace and for professional training, as well as more generally for non-compulsory training aimed directly or indirectly at professionalisation?” The research methodology is based on a theoretical and methodological review of nine doctoral dissertations to show how the same theoretical framework, that of the ATD, is used in different research projects applied to various professional contexts.
