Abstract

This project presents a simulated historical study exploring the integration of a systemic, dynamic framework into oncologic gene editing. Using a cohort of 500 simulated patients, the study compares conventional CRISPR-based interventions with an approach synchronized to the dynamic state of the tumor system. The work examines molecular, clinical, and economic outcomes, focusing on response durability and adaptive failure rather than editing efficiency alone. Results suggest that clinical limitations of gene editing arise primarily from systemic and temporal tumor dynamics, not from molecular precision. The project aims to provide a conceptual and translational framework for improving clinical success rates in advanced oncologic therapies while preserving existing molecular tools. Mathematical and computational details of the framework are intentionally withheld.
