Abstract

A scoping review is being conducted to determine: What are the costs, benefits, or constraints associated with implementing workplace adjustment for workers with common mental disorders (CMD)? Full-text studies or works published after 1990, which address cost, benefits or constraints of workplace adjustment in workers having a CMD are searched in five databases: CINAHL, PsycINFO, MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Overton (gray literature). Papers are recorded in Covidence to screen title and abstract, then full text. For the selected studies, an Excel analysis grid will be used to extract constraints, costs and benefits.
