Abstract

Somatic & Physical Literacy™ (SPL) is built upon a set of ontological, grammatical, and architectural commitments that have been active across the existing corpus but not previously gathered in one place. This component hosts White Paper 23: The Research Scaffolding of Somatic & Physical Literacy™, a discipline-defining document that names the pre-personal conditions of appearance, the descriptive grammar of phenomenological expression, and the layered field architecture that structures SPL and its adjacent frameworks (GIFU, GIW, Somatic Commons Initiative, information appearance, and AACEG). This paper is descriptive, non-instrumental, and non-prescriptive. It consolidates the structural commitments that organize SPL’s research posture without introducing methods, practices, protocols, outcomes, or normative claims.
