Abstract

This manuscript assembles the Fluia “Rosetta Sheet” into a cohesive, citable note suitable for OSF. We define rheions as stable excitations of a rheological medium, introduce a closure parameter χ that organizes excitation classes, and summarize an MSE (Maxwell–Schr¨odinger– Einstein) decomposition connecting these excitations to mass-, charge-, and gravity-like observ- ables. We also record the Navier–Stokes transport closure and state qualitative implications for binding and composites
