The Effect of the Pursuer’s Emotional Involvement on the Recipient’s Evaluation
Abstract
Research Objective: This study employs an online experimental method to investigate the impact of the pursuer's level of emotional investment during a romantic pursuit on the evaluation by the recipient. Expected Outcome: Compared to pursuit behaviors with low emotional investment, the pursuer's high emotional investment in pursuit behavior is anticipated to elicit more positive evaluations from the recipient.
