Abstract

This essay is articulated as research and situated reflection that arises from an invitation from Enrique Dussel in August 2023: to talk and think about his hypotheses and theses for an Aesthetics of Liberation. Regarding the focus of this invitation, the exploration has been carried out considering a network of relationships between Latin American literatures and decolonial aesthesis. Thus, shared elaboration involves trips through the geographies of Latin America carrying out a geo-sensitive exercise of listening through time. From the sources visited, as well as the latitudes involved, the question is asked about what the writing gravitates, the suspension of judgment and the popular feelings condensed into signs, aspects and ethics that teach, subvert and poetize. The ending is left open with a diversifying dislocation of the (notion of) nature and critical attention to adaptation as progressive desensitization
