Elektrolyse von Wasserdampf und Kohlendioxid bei 200-300 °C: Entwicklung von sauren Elektrolyseuren und von Katalysatoren
Abstract
Two acidic electrolyzers using molten or solid electrolytes were constructed, enabling electrolysis at 200-300 °C and elevated pressures. The second, a solid acid (CsH2PO4) flow cell, served as a platform for electrocatalyst studies on the cathode (WC, W2C, Mo2C for HER) and on the anode (Cr-Ru oxides for OER). Co-electrolysis of H2O vapor and CO2 with Fe and Mo catalysts revealed simultaneous electro- and thermocatalytic activity, demonstrating multifunctional behavior under these conditions.
