The paper offers a brief commentary on ruling no. 2874 of 2025 of the Tribunale di Roma, which ruled on the claims brought by C. Leonetti and N. Luciani, who brought legal action seeking recognition for their party of the exclusive use of the symbols and insignia of the Democrazia cristiana, claiming exclusive political and legal continuity with the party founded by De Gasperi
