Abstract

This thesis uses Physical Education (PE) as a transformative setting to develop social competence through embodied, interactive experiences. Using a three-stage approach - Monitoring (systematic review), Mapping (intervention design), and Measuring (evaluation) - it identifies research gaps, creates evidence-based interventions, and assesses their effectiveness. The findings offer theoretical, methodological, practical, and societal insights, providing actionable tools for educators.
