Verständnis von Infrarotdivergenzen im de Sitter-Raum mithilfe von effektiven Feldtheorien
Abstract
In this thesis, the infrared dynamics of the real, massless, minimally coupled scalar field in de Sitter space is studied, with a focus on effective-field-theory approaches. The two-point function of the field is studied using Stochastic Inflation and the Euclidean formulation of the quantum theory. The method of regions is introduced to simplify the computation of late-time correlation functions. The quantum-field- theoretic formulation of the Soft de Sitter Effective Theory is developed.
