Research on the Design of Emergency Rescue Personnel Transport Carriages and the Impact Characteristics of Falling Rocks
Abstract
As a vehicle with a high degree of mobility and adaptability to various complex terrains, emergency rescue personnel transporters are often in harsh environmental conditions when responding to various types of emergencies and disaster events. In order to ensure the safety of personnel in the rescue process and improve the ability of emergency rescue and material support, the protective carriage of emergency personnel transport vehicle was developed based on the bionic principle of turtle shell, and the protective performance was studied in extreme environment. Firstly, the dynamic theoretical model of the roof of protected carriage affected by falling rock is established. Based on LS-DYNA, the numerical model of the personnel transport vehicle was established to study the dynamic response of the impact under different rockfall locations and angles. Meanwhile, a polyhedral model was introduced to simulate the shape of falling rocks in real environment, and the dynamic response of impacts with different falling rock shapes was investigated. The results show that the designed protective carriage of personnel transport vehicle can better resist the invasion of falling rocks. The impact process mainly relies on the plastic deformation of the roof plate and its lower beam to absorb the energy. And the location, angle and shape of the falling rock have different effects on the impact response characteristics of the personnel carrier compartment.
