Background: Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is a common clinical symptom in gynecological practice. Endometrial histopathological examination is required to detect endometrial abnormalities, including premalignant lesions such as atypical hyperplasia/endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia (EIN). This study aims to analyze the relationship between age and body mass index (BMI) with endometrial histopathological findings in AUB patients. Methods: This is an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design using secondary data from medical records of AUB patients who underwent endometrial histopathological examination at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province, during the period 2021–2025. The sampling technique was total sampling with a sample size of 35 patients.
